Review ARC requests and make home visits as necessary to assess that work was completed according to the approved specifications.

Review the Golf Villas HOA policies and procedures ensuring that they are up-to-date and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Landscape Committee
Working with the recommendations of the Landscape Master Plan, reviews and approves landscaping requests and makes recommendations for community landscape beautification and continuity.

Finance Committee

Reviews monthly financials for accuracy and oversees the Association’s reserves. Ensures expected revenue is captured and monitors loan activity.

Communications Committee
Provide accurate and timely information to the residents of the Golf Villas. Review existing communication tools and explore new technologies that can be used to give residents the information that they need to be welcomed, informed, and involved in their community.
