Submit a copy of your homeowner's insurance to Admin.IL@fsresidential.com or mail to FSR, 2000 Center Drive B415, Hoffman Estates IL 60192.

Moving Out

​

Notify the property management company of your intent to sell. Prior to any closing of a home, proper documentation must be obtained from the Association’s Property Manager. The seller, their attorney, or agent should request any and all necessary documents prior to closing. A reasonable fee covering the cost of providing such information may be charged by the association’s property management company, to the unit seller.

Schedule an ADS Closing Inspection 30 days prior to moving. The homeowner is responsible for any repairs that may be necessary to leave the system in good working order for the new residents. Call ADS at 630-844-6300 to schedule.

Contact Nicor to discontinue or move service. Start/Stop/Transfer Service | Nicor Gas.

Keep In Mind

​

A maximum of two (one placed in front and one in back) standardized Golf Villas ‘For Sale’ signs are permitted.

​

Moving PODs are permitted on the property for a maximum of 10 days with approval from the Property Manager. Moving trucks are permitted on the property for a maximum of 5 days.

​

Any resident moving out is responsible for making arrangements with the waste management provider for removal of any and all items left outside their unit. A City of Aurora trash sticker must be applied to each and every item.
