Submit a copy of your homeowner's insurance to Admin.IL@fsresidential.com or mail to FSR, 2000 Center Drive, B415, Hoffman Estates IL 60192.

Locate your unit’s water shut-off valve. If you cannot find it, reach out to the property management company at 877.999.6491 or residentservices.il@fsresidential.com.
