Notify the property management company of your intent to sell. Prior to any closing of a home, proper documentation must be obtained from the Association’s property manager. The seller, their attorney, or agent should request any and all necessary documents prior to closing. A reasonable fee covering the cost of providing such information may be charged by the association’s property management company, to the unit seller.

Schedule an Alarm Detection Systems Closing Inspection 30 days prior to moving. The homeowner is responsible for any repairs that may be necessary to leave the system in good working order for the new residents. Call ADS at 630.844.6300 to schedule.

Contact Nicor to discontinue or move service. Start/Stop/Transfer Service | Nicor Gas.

Contact Comcast or your web or TV service provider to discontinue or move service. Moving to a New Address | Xfinity

Keep In Mind

A maximum of two (one placed in front and one in back) standardized Golf Villas ‘For Sale’ signs are permitted. Signs can be ordered through Signarama, 1701 Quincy Ave, Suite 24, Naperville 60540. Phone: 630.527.0500.

Moving PODs are permitted on the property for a maximum of 10 days with approval from the Property Manager. The PODs must be placed on boards or pallets to protect the driveway. Moving trucks are permitted on the property for a maximum of 5 days.
​
Any resident moving out is responsible for making arrangements with the waste management provider for removal of any and all items left outside their unit. A City of Aurora trash sticker must be applied to each and every item.
