Parking
Per the Rules and Regs, guest spaces are designated for guests/visitors. The area in front of a garage is designated parking for the homeowner and their guests. Single car garages are permitted to park up to a maximum of 2 permanent vehicles. Two car garages are permitted to park up to a maximum of 4 permanent vehicles. No additional permanent vehicles are permitted to park within the Golf Villas Property.

ARC Requests
Architectural approval is required for all additions to units such as cameras, storm doors, patio doors, windows, Ring doorbells and decks. Forms are available through the FSR Resident Portal.

Pets
Always pick up after your pet. Pets must always be on a leash. Pet tethers/stakes are not allowed.

Trash Cans
Garbage may be placed at the curb after 6:00 pm the evening before collection day and should be retrieved by midnight of the pick-up day. If you will be out-of-town, it is the Homeowner’s responsibility to have a neighbor put out/pick-up their garbage cans during these appropriate times. If you have additional trash that does not fit in your cans, it must be tagged with a City of Aurora trash sticker.

Exterior Décor
The Association is responsible for the exterior structure of all buildings (roof, exterior walls, gutters, siding, trim, stoops). Nothing is allowed to be affixed to a building exterior. Please do not adhere, nail, drill, or screw anything into the exterior of the buildings. This includes decorations, hanging baskets, trellises, etc. Owners are responsible for repairs of any damages.

Outdoor Spigots

Outdoor spigots can freeze and burst during an extreme cold snap causing water damage to your home. To prevent this, make sure to cover your outdoor spigots with an insulated cover. If you are reading this, and your spigot is uncovered, it’s not too late to purchase a Styrofoam cover and cover it up!
